Umesh Pawar has helped us purchase 3 units at Gera Imperium. For a start, he remained ever punctual with his staff informed well in time about our visit. Mr.Umesh has been professional, sincere and helpful in showing me the properties as per my choice. I had a specific requirement of a Pre Lease property. He took a week to shortlist and came up with 4 properties which matched my requirement. Before the visit he gave all the details of Location, Tenant, ROI and Price expectation. Generally, in Real Estate brokers ask to visit the property first without providing valueable information. To my surprise, in Dream Works Realty (I) LLP, They have full knowledge of the property, They visit the property personally, and provide verified data. That is very RARE in this profession. I asked the team about the service charges. But to my surprise he said as per our company policy we do not charge the purchaser. This is something UNIQUE in this industry. Mr. Umesh also helped us in selling the existing property. The deal was closed within 10 days. Once again Thank you Umesh you are true advisor.
During Pandemic there was a new way of working “Work From Hhome” began. Suddenly we experienced the need for bigger space as a home became the office. My sister and I are living in Kothrud, Pune for last 15+ years. The life was set in Kothrud area and hence we decided to find new flat in Kothrud itself. We were so firm on our decision that we did not search the flat outside of Kothrud. During the process of flat hunting, we met Mr. Umesh Pawar from “Dream Works Realty (I) LLP”. They understood our requirement and encouraged us to visit the “new projects” around the city. We saw entirely new architectural designs, spacious flats, peaceful ambiance around the project and information about the future developments in that area. We verified the data from our trusted resources. We were glad that information provided by projects coordinator was correct. But nobody likes to leave our comfort zone easily, so did we. We continued our flat hunting in Kothrud area. Very soon we realized that the projects were very expensive, congested, also most of the new constructions are “A Standalone Building” and not value for money. Almost after 6 months, we approached to Mr. Umesh Pawar and revisited the project (GERA’s ISLE ROYALE) which we liked the most at that time and booked the flat on very same day. Like most of the IT professionals I was trying to find a suitable accommodation pune. That’s where I came across “Dream Works Realty”. From the very first day I was in contact with DWR. Recently we purchased an office from Brahma Corp @411001 - Pune’s very first Pincode 🙂 and a very demanding location for every property buyer. Honestly, never thought this was really feasible assuming the sky high prices in that area. To our surprise, we were wrong in our assumptions.
Whole experience was very seamless and it was fairly quick deal. All credits to Chaitanya and Dreamworks Team. His study about the properties at various locations in Pune is commendable! While return on investment is one important part but demand supply know-how is equally important too.
